K has a new phrase.  Or maybe a first phrase?  If saying thank you at all times, whether it make sense or not isn’t considered a purposeful phrase…then this is his first one!

 

“This is a…”  (pronounced “disisaaaa”)

 

Maybe mama has been playing the quiz game with K a bit much.  He now points to items in his picture books and says “this is a” and waits for me to answer.   Smart way to turn the tables on me! 

 

It’s very cute! 

 

It’s also exhausting!  He’s very persistent!

 

Now I’m already paranoid about the “why” phase…
