We’ve been busy, folks. Like “did you do laundry or am I going to have to go commando?” kind of busy. (Dramatization) Did you think I was going to say “go shopping?” Well, I didn’t.

As a quick update, despite my better judgement and inability to keep up as it is…I’ve decided to tackle the CPA exam. So my days pre-study are dwindling. We’ve tried to be social in the meantime. But work, and sleep, and life keep getting in the way. So while I *think* I’m busy now…I’m about to reach a whole new level of socially unavailable and mentally stressed. Lower your expectations for how often you hope to hear from me. Then picture me crying in the office while someone rambles about preferred stock or tax code and I keep mumbling “I should have just taken guitar lessons”.

Nonetheless, we always make time for play, even though I’m behind in blogging about it. K is still OBSESSED with trains, but he’s loving ALL of his Christmas presents. Here he is playing with a few of them…
